Returns Policy

At Box Of Protein we want to bring delight to our customers every time you shop with us.

Occasionally though, we know you may want to return products you have bought from us. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of the despatch for a return. We will issue you a full refund to the original payment method that was used to place the order within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Our returns form is available to download from the "My Account" section on the website or at the bottom of your order confirmation. Please ensure to include a copy of this form in the parcel, with the reason for return, and ship the parcel to our return address, We recommend using a tracked economy service. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Returned items are in the original packaging, with no visible signs of wear or use. your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and packaging intact.

- If you wish to exchange an item, please include full details in the parcel and a member of our customer service team will be in touch to organise this for you. 

- If you are returning a gift, we will refund you with a gift card. Please provide an invoice or order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact us at for instructions on how to return the goods as in this case we arrange the return through one of our authorised carriers. Once we have the goods back, we will issue a full refund or send replacements, as you prefer


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

European Union 14 days cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
